  • Work alongside your team to manage implementations and ensure strong adoption.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives.
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent execution of the customer journey.
  • Partner across customer organizations to uncover new use cases.
  • Contribute to hirify.global’s customer community through events and content.

Requirements

  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services at a software/SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Experience in implementing SaaS platforms and driving long-term adoption.
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
