TL;DR

Business Development Manager: Driving new revenue growth and forging new partnerships for a global engineering partner in the UK market with an accent on generating leads, converting leads, and account management. Focus on developing sales strategies, collaborating with product and engineering leaders, and maintaining accurate pipeline data.

Location: Onsite in London, UK.

Salary: £ 50,000 - £60,000 base salary. On Target Earnings: £ 100000 - 120000 (base + bonuses)

What you will do

  • Generate new leads and convert leads passed from the marketing team.
  • Drive new revenue growth for hirify.global UK.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate client goals into clear execution paths.
  • Partner with the UK & Global sales teams to develop new strategies for selling hirify.global's services in the UK market.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and drive growth on these accounts for the first year.
  • Attend events and other networking meetups to generate leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in tech consultative sales or talent/recruitment sales.
  • Proven ability to self-source and close complex deals.
  • Confident working with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of product development and how fast-moving companies scale.
  • Highly autonomous, outcome-focused, and energised by growth.
  • Experience with modern GTM tooling and AI-powered sales workflows.
