🚀 Reconciliation Specialist
Our client, an international company specializing in e-commerce and payment solutions, is working with banks, financial institutions, and international payment organizations. The company provides innovative tools that allow businesses to implement modern payment instruments and process transactions in just a few clicks.

🔹 Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data across internal and external systems.
This role is a great fit for a professional eager to grow in finance or fintech while being part of a dynamic team that values precision and continuous development.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Perform operational reconciliation and collection of financial data, maintain electronic spreadsheets.
- Investigate and resolve unsettled transactions with partners and banks.
- Analyze and eliminate gaps or open positions in settlements with partners.
- Collaborate with account managers and IT teams to resolve client requests and disputes.
- Analyze company revenues and expenses through partner channels.
- Prepare client financial reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial operations and transactions.
- Generate reconciliation reports and present them to management.
- Collect, reconcile, and analyze data for internal and external purposes.
- Contribute to the development of internal documents and procedures.
- Support cross-department collaboration by providing required financial information.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
🔹 Requirements
- Previous experience in the financial sector (experience in fintech will be a strong advantage).
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis).
- Ability to work independently and handle financial information confidentially.
- Excellent command of Russian, good knowledge of English.
