Business Analyst (1C)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (1C): Enhancing a customized 1C platform that covers finance, HR, and key business processes across the company with an accent on gathering requirements, preparing technical specifications, and system integrations. Focus on supporting tasks throughout all stages of the development lifecycle and creating user-facing documentation.

Location: You can work both fully remotely and from the office or can choose a hybrid variant.

Salary: The opportunity to earn up to an additional 1,000 USD per month, depending on the level of expertise, which will be included in the annual bonus, by participating in the company's activities.

What you will do

• Auditing, analyzing, optimizing, and modeling business processes.
• Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create technical designs (task descriptions, use case scenarios, effort estimation).
• Preparing user-facing documentation (demos, manuals, user guides).

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ years.
• Knowledge of 1C products.
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing data/requirements from stakeholders.
• Skills in preparing technical specifications and defining tasks for feature enhancements based on enterprise accounting processes.
• Experience supporting tasks throughout all stages of the development lifecycle and creating methodological materials.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• 1C certification(s).
