What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and controls, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow management.
• Oversee compliance and tax across operating regions, including U.S. requirements, and coordinate with external advisors.
• Improve revenue quality and profitability by focusing on pricing, unit economics, and cost efficiency.
• Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and post-merger operational/financial integration for M&A activities.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to strengthen monetization and customer retention.
• Build and lead finance/accounting/FP&A teams and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years as VP Finance or in a senior FP&A leadership capacity within a high-growth technology environment.
• Senior FP&A leadership experience in building and leading the function, managing annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and org-wide KPI design.
• Experience with ERP implementations and ownership of migration and integrations; NetSuite experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience in M&A, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-merger operational/financial integration.
• Familiarity with U.S.-facing operations, including relevant compliance/filings, banking/advisors, and commercial contracting.
• Strong analytical capability with deep experience in data analytics, user behavior insights, and business intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
