Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation to be in office minimum 2 days per week in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin.

Salary: $97,400 to $131,800 CAD.

What you will do

• Set up work types, workflows, and forms in Sharedo to align with each client’s business processes.
• Customize fields, layouts, and business rules to meet client requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to clients and partners, helping them confidently use Sharedo's configuration tools.
• Create clear documentation for platform configurations, customizations, and processes.

Requirements

• Proven ability to configure business software using low-code or configurable platforms (e.g., Sharedo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to non-technical users.
• Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
• 20% Travel: Visit client sites and cross functional meetings.

Nice to have

• Legal Technology experience is highly desirable.
• Background in Workflow Design or Process Modeling is a strong plus.
