What you will do

• Design and build an app that delivers real-time emotional AI experiences at scale.
• Integrate with LLM providers, run open-weights models on our GPU clusters, and help fine-tune our own LLMs.
• Participate in design reviews, set technical direction, and ensure scalability and reliability of applied AI services.
• Optimize for global growth, including high-availability systems, replication, and cost-effective API integrations.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python, with a deep understanding of syscalls, memory allocation, and network protocols.
• Strong background in backend development, with experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building systems that leverage LLMs.
• Mastery of system and software design patterns.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in B2C organizations.
• Prior exposure to conversational AI, gaming, or social platforms.
• Experience with Scala or other JVM languages.
