What you will do
- Design and build an app that delivers real-time emotional AI experiences at scale.
- Integrate with LLM providers, run open-weights models on our GPU clusters, and help fine-tune our own LLMs.
- Participate in design reviews, set technical direction, and ensure scalability and reliability of applied AI services.
- Optimize for global growth, including high-availability systems, replication, and cost-effective API integrations.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python, with a deep understanding of syscalls, memory allocation, and network protocols.
- Strong background in backend development, with experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building systems that leverage LLMs.
- Mastery of system and software design patterns.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2C organizations.
- Prior exposure to conversational AI, gaming, or social platforms.
- Experience with Scala or other JVM languages.
