Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Contacting potential customers to promote hirify.global's cybersecurity products and services with an accent on product knowledge and effective sales practices. Focus on answering customer questions, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling appointments for sales staff.

Location: This position is on-site in our Maitland, FL office. You must be willing and able to work 5 days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
• Handle customer questions
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Requirements

• Experience in a high volume, call center working environment, preferred
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
• Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status?
