What you will do

• Plan and manage content schedules across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Analyze performance metrics and social trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Engage with the online community to maintain brand voice and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Identify and manage opportunities for partnerships and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to commute to Orlando, FL.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management for a brand or agency.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms like Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising best practices and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual design skills using Adobe Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and recurring drug screenings.
