Salary: $110,000 – $185,000

What you will do

• Assist with new hire onboarding, including content re-evaluation and scheduling.
• Set up and manage performance cycles and 360 reviews in the HRIS.
• Provide people partner support to top line leaders, including talent and organizational needs.
• Support and enable Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to grow and be impactful.
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing, including global payroll.
• Manage global mobility for non-US employees, including relocations and employment agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people operations, talent management, onboarding, or a people partner role.
• Strong attention to detail and a programmatic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
• Action-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Analytical skills.
