Senior It Engineer

Location: This is a 100% on-site role; you must be able to work from our designated office location in Pittsburgh, New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C.

Salary: $80K – $150K

What you will do

• Deliver desk-side and remote support to employees.
• Maintain standard technology services, including AV and meeting room technology.
• Manage IT support requests and problem tickets in Jira, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account and asset management.
• Support IT compliance activities and educate colleagues on IT services, policies, security, and compliance best practices.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role with increasing responsibility.
• Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS; working knowledge of AV technology.
• Accountability with a sense of ownership when troubleshooting a problem.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
