What you will do

• Design core technology in Gecko’s embedded software platform.
• Take ownership of robotic software components through the full development cycle.
• Work with hardware design engineers to implement and test microcontroller firmware.
• Implement robust, modular, and maintainable embedded C/C++ code.
• Debug complex embedded systems and ensure software safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded solutions.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in embedded C programming and experience with embedded Linux systems.
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with embedded communication protocols.
• Ability to document and communicate software designs effectively.
• Experience with software testing methodologies.
