Product Enablement (Ilt) Intern

TL;DR

Product Enablement (ILT) Intern: Building and scaling the operational backbone of the enablement function to support training Customers and Partners on hirify.global Products with a variety of methods, including online self-paced training as well as Instructor-Led Training (ILT). Focus on driving the processes, tools, and systems that ensure our ecosystem has the right knowledge, skills, and resources at the right time.

Location: Work from a home and/or our beautiful office(s) in the heart of Berlin or Munich

What you will do

• Update workshop assets as needed when new features, functionality, or products are launched.
• Evaluate current Instructor-Led Training Workshop processes, and recommend improvements.
• Implement improvements for managing registrations, certification, and scheduling of Instructor-Led Training.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to deliver Instructor-Led Training to our Partners.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to streamline processes and leverage data for decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with instructor-led training processes and tools would be beneficial (Zoom, LMS, or other event management tools).
• Have a passion for making learning accessible, effective, and measurable.
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn and collaborate in a dynamic environment, and has a proactive mindset and isn’t afraid to take ownership of tasks.
• Possesses strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
