What you will do

• Build and nurture a team that harmonizes developer experience with site reliability engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create roadmaps integrating developer tooling, automation, and SRE practices.
• Establish productivity and reliability metrics (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) while supporting CI/CD excellence.
• Partner with engineers to understand developer needs and create supportive solutions using our toolchain.
• Foster a culture of shared excellence through collaborative practices and warm onboarding experiences.
• Support the evolution of observability practices and help teams leverage AI tools thoughtfully.

Requirements

• Experience supporting teams in developer experience, platform engineering, or site reliability.
• Well-rounded technical background with understanding of core technologies: CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability (Datadog).
• Appreciation for SRE practices: SLI/SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), API gateways, and building self-service platforms.
• Understanding of modern authentication systems and their integration into developer workflows.
• Warm communication skills and empathy for developer needs and experiences.

• Experience with Azure cloud platform and supporting teams through cloud transformations.
