What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers across GTM and Tech to define and execute hiring strategies for high-impact roles.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent, especially in AI, Sales, and Engineering.
- Drive proactive, targeted direct sourcing strategies using AI tools and automation to uncover hidden talent.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team on employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding improvements.
- Track hiring metrics and use data to optimize funnels and inform hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at fast-growing startups or breakout companies.
- Proven success hiring for GTM roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, CS) and technical roles (e.g. AI, Engineering, Product).
- Deep experience in direct sourcing across multiple channels, with a creative, data-driven approach to finding and engaging talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—you're a proactive communicator and trusted hiring partner.
- Familiarity with structured hiring practices and a strong belief in inclusive hiring.
- C1+ English and German skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruiting internationally and building hiring processes across multiple geographies.
- Previous experience using Ashby or other modern ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI sourcing platforms or automation tools.
