What you will do

• Support the Customer Success team in the preparation of customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for consulting and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, agent architects, agent integration engineers, and support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities and document processes and playbooks to drive improvements within the customer success team.

Requirements

• Studying a business or IT-related course at a German university.
• Fluent in German (on a professional level) and English.
• Phenomenal interpersonal skills and clear communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.
• Coachability, passion, curiosity, and competitiveness.
