hirify.global is a fast-growing startup in Generative AI and customer service, offering a voice-first GenAI platform for contact centers.

What you will do

  • Build the revenue engine with the revenue growth and enterprise account executive teams.
  • Find, analyze, and evaluate new market growth opportunities and build outreach plans.
  • Build and own the sales pipeline, generating outbound leads and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing insights into hirify.global's conversational AI platform.
  • Assess client challenges and align hirify.global's platform to deliver value and ROI.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience crafting outbound sequences with personalized and relevant messaging.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills for multiple projects.
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed.
