Customer Success Manager (Top Accounts): Supporting and growing largest and most strategic customers, guiding them to deploy hirify.global successfully and ensuring they continuously gain business value. Focus on building strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships, and identifying trends to enhance engagement and product adoption.

Location: Can either be fully remote on the east coast depending on which US state you live in, or based in our New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

Salary: $128,000-145,600

What you will do

• Develop and nurture relationships across a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Partner with customers to identify their strategic goals and co-create impact plans.
• Execute all phases of the customer journey, ensuring value through deployment strategies and roadmap consultations.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic account plans and manage renewals.
• Analyze customer usage to identify trends and drive targeted campaigns.
• Serve as the voice of your customers by surfacing key trends and insights back to R&D and business teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Experience working with large, complex enterprise-level accounts.
• Prior experience managing high-value customer relationships and driving customer success.
• Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Customer-centric with a devotion to ensuring customer success and adoption of hirify.global.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with the ability to balance competing priorities.
