What you will do

• Architect a comprehensive quality strategy for the hirify.global platform, considering the Hyperforce public cloud environment (AWS/GCP).
• Drive the vision and technical direction for test automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and efficient for CI/CD.
• Champion quality best practices across the engineering organization, promoting a "shift-left" mindset.
• Define the strategy for managing test environments and data within the Hyperforce infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and product management teams to ensure quality is a shared responsibility.
• Provide expert guidance to quality engineers and developers on testing best practices and advanced techniques.

Requirements

• Industry-expert level understanding of quality concerns and validation techniques.
• Strong architectural acumen to design large-scale quality frameworks and test automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or GCP.
• Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playright, Selenium etc.).
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• 12+ years of experience in software development and/or quality engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within quality engineering.
• 5+ years of experience working in a large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environment.
• Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apex, Go, and Javascript is a plus.
