TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare): Partnering with customers in vertical markets such as Non-profit, Education, Government, and Healthcare to drive adoption and retention, focusing on leveraging hirify.global to achieve unique business objectives. Focus on change management consulting, leading design workshops, and value realization through business reviews.

Location: Fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

Salary: $128,000-145,600

What you will do

  • Work with hirify.global customers across industries, functions, and stages of their customer journey.
  • Drive customer outcomes through discovery, consulting on change management, and leading design workshops.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient hirify.global champions, focusing on long-term success, value realization, and retention.
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals to flag at-risk accounts and highlight expansion opportunities.
  • Liaise with Support and Finance to help resolve customer issues.
  • Serve as the voice of customers cross-functionally, providing feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Customer-centric and a strong team player.
  • Solid communicator able to communicate confidently and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
  • Able to balance competing priorities and make decisions that best support hirify.global, the team, and the customer.
  • Ability to travel and meet customers on-site up to 25% of the time.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
