Head of NAM Federal Sales (Fintech): Developing and implementing strategies to grow
's presence in the Federal Market, scaling annual revenue, and leading the for Business (L4B) Federal Sales team. Focus on building role-specific sales methodologies, fostering strategic relationships, and aligning sales activities with overall return on investment (ROI) objectives.Location: Remote in the DC, VA, and MD Metro Areas only. Commit to up to 50% travel across the United States, with regular travel to DC and occasional international trips to meet with key Federal accounts and stakeholders.
Salary: $210K – $336K OTE dependent on location and experience.

What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow ’s presence in the Federal Market, scaling annual revenue.
- Inspire, manage, and develop a team of Direct Engagement and Channel Managers dedicated to Federal business growth.
- Identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities across federal agencies to drive sustained revenue increases.
- Work with Channel and Vertical Marketing teams to develop Federal-specific strategic marketing initiatives.
- Own detailed forecasting and business analysis for ’s Federal segment in the U.S market.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Federal Government sales experience with a track record of managing and growing Federal accounts and team performance.
- Deep knowledge of VARs, DMR Channels, and the federal procurement landscape, including extensive relationships in these spaces.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire Federal Account Managers, creating a framework that enables individual and team success.
- Experience enabling partners to successfully sell Unified Communications (UC) solutions to federal government agencies.
- Skilled in building and executing strategic business plans that establish and measure success metrics through key performance indicators.
