What you will do

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary design team across UX, UI, Game Design, Level Design, and Economy Design.
  • Own the creative vision for the product area, aligning design strategy with business and product objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to shape and validate features that drive player value and business impact.
  • Drive consistency, cohesion and excellence in design execution across monetisation and core gameplay scope.
  • Support design tooling, process improvements, and design systems that enable quality and efficiency at scale.
  • Mentor and grow the creative team through coaching, feedback, and development planning.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing creative teams in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
  • Strong design instincts paired with a deep understanding of player motivation and game systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to align creative direction with business and monetisation strategy.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing product direction through design.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI, game design principles, and player lifecycle.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile gaming or other live-service consumer products.
  • Familiarity with economy design and its role in engagement and monetisation.
  • Hands-on design experience in multiple disciplines (e.g. UX, UI, game design).
