What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into engaging job postings.
• Drive inventive sourcing strategies to identify and engage niche talent across gaming and tech.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for current and future key roles.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position hirify.global as an employer of choice.
• Own innovation projects around recruitment processes, including AI implementation and structure design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech or gaming.
• Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches.
• A sales-driven mindset, able to engage passive candidates and successfully attract top talent.
• Very focused on candidate experience, delivering excellent “customer service” throughout the process.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus, but not required.
