What you will do

  • Design high-quality games tailored to children aged 2–8.
  • Ensure interactive content contributes to player retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with UX, developers, artists, and educators.
  • Develop sketches and prototypes to explore gameplay mechanics.
  • Gather feedback through playtesting and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Guide and inspire Junior Kids Game Designers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in game design focused on children’s games.
  • Understanding of child development and play patterns.
  • Ability to design engaging and intuitive gameplay.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Fluency in English is essential for communication.
