What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D environment assets optimized for performance and visual fidelity.
• Collaborate with Art Director and Concept Artists to translate 2D concepts into 3D environments.
• Mentor junior artists and provide feedback to elevate team output.
• Stay current with industry trends to push the boundaries of environment art.
• Work closely with Level Designers to create environments that support gameplay mechanics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Environment Artist in the video game industry.
• Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of environment art pipelines, including modeling, texturing, and optimization.
• Exceptional artistic skills with a keen eye for composition and detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
