What you will do

• Assist the project management and leadership team from all departments in creating the 3Cs.
• Be responsible for the design of a complete brief from the concept phase to game delivery.
• Maintain fruitful collaboration with all departments involved in game design and provide clear instructions and feedback.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of new recruits.
• Contribute to maintaining the design department's standards and be a positive influence within the team.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience with at least one released title on which you have worked from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• In-depth understanding of modern AAA action games and production best practices.
