What you will do

• Collaborate with a distributed team to drive the roadmap and priorities, working with dependencies across global studio locations.
• Organize direction and strategy for complex projects and teams, ensuring alignment with internal and external leadership.
• Plan, track, and report sprint efforts for discipline and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage and develop the Design team with thoughtful feedback, mentorship, and career pathing.
• Build healthy, collaborative relationships with external teams or vendors.
• Facilitate alignment through effective communication, problem-solving, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proficient in Production/Project management fundamentals, including capacity planning, scope assessment and management, and project milestone planning.
• Solid grasp of project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Hansoft, etc.).
• Proven experience managing projects for both short and long iterations.
• Possess excellent people leadership skills and a consistent record of effective management of senior resources.
• Leverage experience building cohesive teams, identifying resourcing needs, providing developmental opportunities, and ensuring employees reach their potential.
• Love video games.
