Salary: $71,400 and $105,660 per Year

hirify.global is a new studio at 2K looking to push game development boundaries to bring 2K's next sports franchise to life.

What you will do

• Partner with design and tech peers to ensure the impact and quality of established goals and deliverables for your group.
• Become well versed in the features being built for the game and appropriately prioritize the team’s work in partnership with designers.
• Project Manage your group and align with the Producer lead to iterate on and develop structure and workflows in Jira and other project management tools.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to establish, prioritize, plan and deliver on short term and long term goals for the project.
• Drive alignment, resolve ambiguity, and clarify technical and design strategy to improve your impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve your team's objectives and work with internal and external partner teams as needed to share vision, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of feature inputs and requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of game production experience with at least 1 full game development cycle completed.
• Understands that great teams make great games – focuses on healthy team culture and understands how to strengthen team dynamics.
• Organized with excellent communication skills, highly collaborative, open minded and curious.
• Excellent project management capabilities, documentation, tracking and visibility with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
• Very strong experience with Jira and Flow / Shotgrid – able to build workflows and assist with tooling within those tools.
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Nice to have

• An engineering background and a love for sports are assets.
