What you will do

• Partner with the studio to define and uphold a compelling product vision.
• Drive critical decisions balancing product quality and business objectives.
• Guide the studio through milestone gates ensuring alignment on vision and deliverables.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with the studio and publishing teams.
• Act as the internal champion and primary spokesperson for your studio and titles.
• Advocate for the player at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Champion an uncompromising standard of quality across the product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game production or related roles.
• Proven experience in game publishing and managing cross-functional relationships.
• Deep expertise in the full game development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale game productions.
• Demonstrated excellence in managing budgets and schedules.
• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the BioShock franchise.
• Local to the studio (Montreal) or willing to travel.
