What you will do

• Define and drive the analytics vision across R&D and live service games.
• Oversee the design and implementation of telemetry systems.
• Establish and maintain game-specific KPIs.
• Guide analytics for live games, including content performance and A/B testing.
• Analyze player behavior and spending patterns.
• Manage and grow a high-performing analytics team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, with exposure to gaming or consumer tech.
• 6+ years leading analytics or data science teams.
• Proven experience managing analytics for live service games.
• Expertise in telemetry instrumentation and data pipeline design.
• Strong command of game KPIs and player segmentation.
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
