What you will do

• Own the release management process for specific products, submitting code and metadata assets to first parties (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo).
• Create submissions work back schedules and flag schedule risks with core teams, creating mitigation plans.
• Communicate regularly with PD and Marketing teams to align on code status, metadata, and submissions timing.
• Coordinate with CS regarding customer-related issues and notify core teams of important updates and changes.
• Audit submission work of Associate Managers and kick off the Release Management process with Concept Approval submissions.
• Manage a team of Associate Release Managers, Leads, and Technicians, including performance reviews and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work involved with 1st Party Submissions on the publisher side (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally.
• Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process.
• Ability to manage competing timelines and information needs on multiple projects and platforms at once.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, while being adaptive and responsive to change.
