What you will do

• Ownership of AI behaviors and features from prototype to shipping
• Develop AI game design for combat and non-combat NPCs
• Craft new archetypes fitting the Mafia game vision
• Evangelize core gameplay features and develop best practices
• Ensure players understand AI intentions
• Collaborate in cross-discipline pods to implement and balance combat

Requirements

• Deep understanding of game design principles and AI's role in gameplay
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Proven ability to create engaging combat or non-combat NPCs
• Shipped one or more AAA game titles in an AI Design role
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills
