What you will do
- Wrangle large healthcare datasets and translate clinical concepts into structured queries.
- Summarize populations and generate feasibility numbers from clinical data quickly and accurately.
- Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R, and Python.
- Collaborate with life science and health system partners to conduct analyses.
- Provide technical analytics support and work with customers to troubleshoot code and platform questions.
- Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests to inform βs product roadmap.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate level education in clinical research, data analysis, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data using SQL, R, and Python.
- Knowledge of clinical terminologies such as ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, or RxNorm.
- Experience working with large relational databases consisting of millions of patients' data.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
