What you will do

• Source, qualify, and book meetings with new SMB and Enterprise level partners
• Lead early discovery and scoping conversations to uncover opportunities
• Grow into owning accounts directly, expanding relationships and revenue
• Manage partnership projects from kickoff to execution
• Build and maintain a pipeline of larger partners
• Support marketplace expansion with major financial and technology brands

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting, preferably in fintech
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with Salesforce/Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and AI tools
• Strong hunter mentality and proven success in hitting targets
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage complex initiatives
• Desire to grow into owning and expanding accounts
