Salary: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Research to identify and stress-test the feasibility of new markets and product ideas to drive future growth.
• Model and analyze key inputs and outputs of a product to drive decision-making, working closely with the product team.
• Manage and execute project plans that address gaps in a constantly evolving environment.
• Support initiatives of strategic importance across the organization including Talent/People Ops, Operations, Product, and Strategy.
• Establish a beachhead quickly and create a playbook as the team expands.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and clear blockers to ensure timely product or feature launches.

Requirements

• Telescopic mindset with the ability to zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to execute.
• Ability to thrive when dealing with ambiguity and frequent changes in a rapidly growing company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to direct communications between different stakeholders.
• Humility and willingness to do the work necessary to finish a task.
• Quantitative skills including modeling, combined with business acumen and proficiency with Excel.
• 2+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, or investment banking; MBA or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
