TL;DR

Senior Sales Recruiter (SaaS): Attracting, engaging, and hiring top go-to-market talent to scale the global sales team with an accent on building targeted recruiting strategies. Focus on owning the full-cycle recruiting process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office on a hybrid schedule.

Salary: $120,000-160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to understand role requirements and team culture.
  • Build targeted recruiting strategies for top-performing sales professionals.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing.
  • Source talent through creative outreach and networking.
  • Advise hiring teams on interview best practices and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with People Ops for seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in sales roles.
  • Proven track record of hiring for fast-growing SaaS companies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be Based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a Series B–Series D stage company.

Interview Process

  • Take-Home Assignment: Testing for sourcing ability.
  • Hiring Manager Screen [45m]: Initial fit discussion.
  • Virtual Onsite [90m]: Interviews with hiring managers.
  • Final with Leadership [30m]: Focus on company core values.
