Location: Must be based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office on a hybrid schedule.
Salary: $120,000-160,000 per year.

What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Build targeted recruiting strategies for top-performing sales professionals.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing.
- Source talent through creative outreach and networking.
- Advise hiring teams on interview best practices and compensation benchmarking.
- Collaborate with People Ops for seamless onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in sales roles.
- Proven track record of hiring for fast-growing SaaS companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams.
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be Based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office on a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience at a Series B–Series D stage company.
