Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 plus target equity

What you will do

  • Lead the design, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of People programs (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews).
  • Streamline and standardize People processes for clarity, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Measure success and ROI of programs, track key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company, adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Build communications strategies to launch and embed new programs and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven program/project management experience in HR.
  • Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance, compliance, etc.).
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ChartHop, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable using data to measure effectiveness and guide decision-making.
