Location: Hybrid position in San Francisco office (Tues, Weds, Thurs in office)

What you will do

• Own immigration processes end-to-end for employees and candidates.
• Manage compliance programs and lead compliance reporting requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and leaves, including health and wellness programs.
• Partner on policy development and updates for our multi-state employee base.
• Maintain internal documentation and build scalable processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles with hands-on responsibility in immigration, compliance, and benefits.
• Deep working knowledge of US immigration processes and experience coordinating with outside counsel.
• Strong understanding of federal and multi-state compliance requirements, including leave laws, wage and hour rules, and training mandates.
• Prior experience administering benefits and leave programs.
• Experience owning compliance reporting processes and preparing data for audits or external filing.
• Deep expertise in Rippling.
