What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Clinical Success Directors and Nursing Clinical Success Directors.
  • Build a collaborative, mission-driven, and performance-oriented team culture.
  • Define and track team goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Implementation, Product, Partner Success, Sales, and Support.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable training programs and resources for clinicians.
  • Partner with health systems to establish clinical champions and effective change management plans.

Requirements

  • Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with direct experience in documentation workflows (Epic preferred).
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in people leadership in a high-growth or health tech setting.
  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and provider needs.
  • Experience managing enterprise change management efforts.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
