Salary: $141,000 - $210,000 (CA, NY, WA) and $135,000 - $201,000 (other US locations)

What you will do

• Gather product requirements and lead the design process from ideation to polished user experiences.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to create high-quality prototypes and contribute code.
• Evolve the internal design system, ensuring a high level of craft and consistency.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to inform product and design decisions.
• Mentor and support cross-functional stakeholders to foster product quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally designing for complex, technical SAAS products such as developer tools.
• An intermediate level of front-end development knowledge for building prototypes and contributing code for fit and finish.
• Experience using Figma or AI design tools.
• Experience doing quantitative and qualitative user research.
• Experience collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced distributed teams.
