Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the recruiting technology stack, evaluating and implementing emerging AI and automation tools.
  • Enable data-driven recruiting by designing reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Champion documentation and operational rigor to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability.
  • Drive talent branding efforts, helping shape how hirify.global shows up in the market for candidates.
  • Lead strategic projects that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and overall team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, talent operations, or strategy & operations roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact programs.
  • A systems thinker who knows how to design processes and frameworks for high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading recruiting initiatives that leverage AI or advanced automation.
  • Deep expertise with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
