What you will do

• Lead creative development for theatrical releases and global brand initiatives.
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Present ideas and design rationale to internal stakeholders.
• Uphold and evolve the hirify.global brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

• A contemporary design aesthetic with proven conceptual and executional abilities.
• A formal design education with 8+ years professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring creative team members.
• Solid experience in motion graphics and art direction.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
