What you will do

• Maintain all business as usual reporting for CX & CXLT.
• Design, build, and automate new solutions for stakeholders using data analysis skills.
• Provide technical oversight and support for the R&I team.
• Balance time in directly supporting the global CX leadership team, providing analysis, advice, and recommendations to continually improve business wider performance improvement.
• Proactively identify and analyze any potential issues, risks, and opportunities to provide a better customer experience and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Diligence and commitment to following through and resolving problems.
• Initiative and ability to self manage, along with flexibility.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• A proven team player who pro actively assists other team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
• Experience with LLM’s / AI tooling.
• Experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics.
