What you will do
- Act as the point of escalation for incidents unresolved by L1 support.
- Diagnose and resolve recurring user issues and app configuration problems.
- Collaborate with L3 support and development teams for bug fixes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain the knowledge base.
- Participate in war room sessions for critical incidents.
- Support minor enhancements and configurations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in L2 application support, preferably in mobile apps.
- Good understanding of the iOS app ecosystem.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with incident tracking tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 global support environment.
