What you will do

• Provide L3 application support for mobile apps, resolving incidents escalated from L2.
• Analyze logs, crashes, and performance data using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, Kibana, and Uptime Kuma.
• Troubleshoot iOS applications built in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit.
• Apply bug fixes, patches, and minor code corrections to ensure app stability.
• Coordinate with Build teams for complex issues requiring code changes.
• Monitor service performance and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support or development, preferably in mobile apps (iOS).
• Hands-on experience with iOS development, including Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, Kibana.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
