What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on the hirify.global Platform, focusing on hirify.global Secure and hirify.global Monitor.
• Improve customer adoption and expansion through onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement.
• Understand customer requirements and challenges, and align them with expected outcomes and value.
• Influence the product roadmap by collaborating with Product Managers.
• Conduct regular customer visits across EMEA every 4 to 8 weeks.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills.
• Experience building customer relationships, including implementation and identifying expansion opportunities.
• 10+ years experience as a solutions architect, field engineer, or similar customer-facing role with SaaS companies.
• Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud.
• 10+ years experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting.
• Familiarity with security and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Falco.
