Chief Of Staff (Technology)

TL;DR

Chief Of Staff (Technology): Supporting strategic initiatives for the Chief Technology Officer with an accent on defining strategic projects, supporting programs, and interfacing with teams across the company. Focus on planning, organizing, and arranging processes to drive key outcomes.

Location: Comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD.

What you will do

• Work with the CTO to maintain alignment on and progress towards team goals.
• Support the CTO on governance and planning for team and cross functional meetings.
• Support P&T roadmap, deployment and overall status to the broader company.
• Help plan, execute, de-risk and communicate work in support of critical programs.
• Coordinate activities to support employee engagement and development.
• Define and maintain operational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in a chief of staff, client service or related role.
• 12+ years of professional experience within a large team.

Nice to have

• Experience with tech/digital organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a company operational function preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail.
• Project management process knowledge, PMP or LEAN certification preferred.
