TL;DR

Sr. AI Product Designer (AI): Owning and leading design and research on product initiatives with AI agentic solutions for HR and finance on a low-code platform. Focus on user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements.

Location: Spend at least half (50%) of the time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.

Salary: $160,400 USD - $240,600 USD

What you will do

• Ship world-class features with world-class experiences, including functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation.
• Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve.
• Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs.
• Present, test, and iterate on designs, including incorporating internal and external user feedback.
• Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives and participate in and lead design sprints.
• Develop relationships with your stakeholders across the organization and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a UX Designer

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus.
• Prior experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality
• Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies
