What you will do
- Creating the DEI roadmap and designing related programmes
- Implementing and managing DEI programmes
- Developing and improving mechanisms to drive DEI initiatives
- Leading DEI projects and programmes from initiation through execution
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders on DEI initiatives
- Reviewing workplace policies, training, and procedures to ensure inclusivity
Requirements
- Business experience driving diversity and inclusion change management
- Proven expertise as a diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter expert
- Experience building successful relationships, advising business leaders, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
- Experience in designing diversity-related content and facilitation programmes
- A genuine interest in supporting and enabling others
Nice to have
- Knowledge of global DEI legislation and compliance requirements
