What you will do
- Conduct regular employee research, including engagement and pulse surveys.
- Analyze key EX metrics such as engagement, retention, and time-to-productivity.
- Map the employee journey to identify and address friction points.
- Build and maintain dashboards to deliver insights to leadership.
- Propose and support the implementation of improvements in collaboration with HRBP, Talent Development, and Internal Comms.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or engagement.
- Strong background in research, including survey design, interviews, and data analysis.
- Ability to translate insights into clear actions and practical solutions.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Curiosity, empathy, and a service design mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in service design, CX/UX, or consulting.
- Knowledge of HR-tech and engagement platforms.
- Background in DEI, wellbeing, or recognition programs.
- Russian language proficiency.
