What you will do

• Conduct regular employee research, including engagement and pulse surveys.
• Analyze key EX metrics such as engagement, retention, and time-to-productivity.
• Map the employee journey to identify and address friction points.
• Build and maintain dashboards to deliver insights to leadership.
• Propose and support the implementation of improvements in collaboration with HRBP, Talent Development, and Internal Comms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or engagement.
• Strong background in research, including survey design, interviews, and data analysis.
• Ability to translate insights into clear actions and practical solutions.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Curiosity, empathy, and a service design mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in service design, CX/UX, or consulting.
• Knowledge of HR-tech and engagement platforms.
• Background in DEI, wellbeing, or recognition programs.
• Russian language proficiency.
